While studying instrumental Gaetan Kuchta turns to Executive in 2003 and founded an orchestra with which he was selected to Festival International de Musique Universitaire (FIMU) Belfort.
It then follows the teachings of Jean-Sebastien Béreau then integrates 2005, Class of orchestral conducting at the Conservatory ofDijon, where he obtained a First Prize three years later with professor Pierre Cao He then perfected with Helene Bouchez and takes part in the master class of Hervé Klopfenstein and Leif Segerstam.
Gaetan created the Youth Orchestra of Burgundy (OSBJ) which will be the director Music until 2008. The first concert of this training takes place on the square of Dijon, June 21, 2007, and will direct Gaetan the New World Symphony to an audience of 10,000 people.
In 2008, he was invited by the Opéra de Dijon during a one-week residency with OSIB. Spotted by International trumpet player Thierry Caens, it offers him the opportunity to become his assistant at the brass ensemble of Dijon.
He is also assistant to the Academy Regis Pasquier for several summers, during which he receives Boards of soloists such as David Walter, Andre Cazalet and Pierre Cao.
These experiences have enabled him to lead the soloists Joel Vaisse, Arnaud Boukithine, Thierry Caens Régis Pasquier and many works including the violin concertos of Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Brahms’s symphonies 38 and 40 of Mozart’s Pavane, le tombeau de Couperin, Concerto in G by Ravel, and Bethleeem Doloris suffering for Klezmer clarinet and orchestra, DJ, Peer Gynt by Grieg, the 8th symphony Dvorak, Symphony No. 2 by Sibelius and Beethoven’s 5th Symphony and numerous film scores.
Among the various social and educational projects being conducted Gaetan, he offered to young children who are not musicians to create their own sea relationship with the Sea of Debussy, with the Dijon Opera and the London Symphony Orchestra.
